PRODUCT INFORMATION
All Flowersagas products are designed with intention and released in limited quantities. We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and images on our website are accurate and up to date.
Due to limited drops, handmade elements, and screen differences, minor variations in color or detail may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or cancel orders if incorrect details have been published.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped using reliable courier and postal services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local postal partners, depending on the destination.
Most orders are processed within a few business days. Items marked as made to order, pre order, or limited production may require additional processing time.
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination country. Flowersagas is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times generally range from 7 to 25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping method.
During peak seasons, holidays, or major releases, delivery times may be longer.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that international shipping delays may occur and do not automatically qualify for refunds.
ORDER DELAYS & LOSS
All shipments are handled by third party carriers. Flowersagas is not liable for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by shipping providers.
For delayed orders, customers must allow up to 30 days from the dispatch date before submitting a claim.
Orders shipped without tracking cannot be traced and are not eligible for refunds or reshipments if lost or marked as delivered.
Flowersagas is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
