All Sales Final
Because every product is made-to-order and released in limited quantities, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photo documentation.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@flowersagas.com with photos of the issue.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested using order and tracking records. Abuse of this process may result in restrictions on future purchases.
