Flowersagas offers limited, made-to-order footwear. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our site and placing an order. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SECTION 1 - ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All Flowersagas products are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities. For this reason, all orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective, which must be reported within 10 days of delivery with photo documentation.
By submitting an order, you agree not to file unauthorised chargebacks or disputes. Abuse of this process may result in restrictions on future purchases.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our standard production time is approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Flowersagas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country.
SECTION 3 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives incorrect or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@flowersagas.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Flowersagas is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, company, or third party.
Any cultural or artistic references on our site are used for creative inspiration only.
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Flowersagas is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Use of our products is at your own risk, and we make no guarantees beyond those stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
